Performer introduces a cookbook containing numerous recipes. The book is divided into three sections; appetizers, entrees and desserts. There are hundreds of different recipes. The book is handed to a spectator who is asked to insert a playing card, pencil, etc., in order to make a completely random selection of a page. Without opening the book, the spectator moves back to his/her seat or the back of the room. Then, the spectator concentrates on the particular recipe selected and the performer is able to reveal all relevant details and information about the selected recipe.
