Magician introduces the temple, which is utterly beautiful in design, made to represent a Hindu Temple. The young lady who will enact the ritual of the Yogis of Benares, India, enters the temple. The doors are closed and without hesitation the magician passes twelve swords into all parts of the temple. The audience can plainly see that the smallness of the temple does not permit the girl evading the swords. The temple is then opened and the girl has vanished! The temple is revolved so that all sides are visible. The doors are closed...the swords quickly withdrawn...the top of the temple breaks open...and up pops the girl, unharmed. This can be done close-up and completely surrounded by spectators. No mirrors are used. Can be used for a production, a vanish or a transformation (using a costume change). A Jack Gwynne creation.
