A card is selected and placed face down on top of the deck. Say it is the Jack of Clubs. You introduce a packet of four cards, blank on both sides with the names of different cards written on each. You ask the spectator if his card is among the four: It is. With a magical gesture, you show the cards again and they all have Jack of Clubs written on them. The top card of the deck is turned over and it is seen to be an indifferent one. You run through the packet again and a regular Jack of Clubs appears among the blank/prediction cards!
