One of the coolest stand-up tricks we’ve seen in a long time. It’s commercial and funny and will get a guaranteed reaction from your audience. Untie your necktie, take it off and hand to a spectator to check out…it is just a regular tie. Coil the tie and place on top of a small tray. With a magical pass, you “Hypnotize” your necktie! Ask the audience to hum a hypnotic tune and suddenly the necktie begins to rise from the tray! Just like a cobra! It rises higher and higher until it stands a full 13” tall. Slowly the Cobra Tie descends…down it goes until it once again lays flat on the tray. Take the necktie off the tray and hand it out once again. The audience will break into spontaneous laughter and applause. You can also turn this into a really fun card routine by having a card selected from a mini deck. It is returned and vanished. When the tie rises, the selected card is attached to the tie like and impromptu snake basket routine. No threads, no wires, and no magnets--nothing attached to you at all. Self-working.
