The magician bets a half-dollar he can discover the spectator's card. Once a card is selected and lost in the shuffled deck, the magician asks the spectator to deal the cards. Eventually, the magician drops the half-dollar onto a dace-down card, saying "I bet your selection is under the half-dollar!" The spectator, having already seen his card amongst the face-up cards,, takes the bet. The magician then turns the coin over to reveal its engraved message: the name of the selected card! This is a wonderful utility device for the creative conjuror. There are literally dozens of effects possible with this clever coin...you're limited only by your imagination.
