This is a well-made independent deck that has several decks' worth of symbolism contained all in one deck. The image areas are very busy and chock full of pictorial symbolism. Many details cover the cards in brightly colored images. The cards themselves are shorter than standard sized and printed on a normal playing card-type stock, and coated with a semi-gloss protective layer. The edges are buffed smooth and the corners nicely rounded. It is a comfortable deck to shuffle and handle. The back design is not reversible. It shows two parrots around a wheel of symbols with a yin/yang in the center, and graphic areas of color below. There is a folded sheet of instructions which comes with the deck.
