A normal deck of cards is shown, and a spectator selects a card and returns it to the deck. The cards are re-spread, revealing that one has a differently colored back, which is revealed to be the spectator's card. The card is handed back to the spectator, revealing that the back has returned to its original color. You then explain that you knew this card would be picked, because the whole deck is made up of that card! But with one cut of the deck, it returns to normal again--hence the "Deception Deck".
