This is the perfect pack-small play-big, parlor/stage effect for all audiences. And, since there is no sweeter sound than a persons own name, your spectator not only feels like a celebrity--he becomes the star of the show! The magician writes his name in large letters across the face of a jumbo blank card. After the spectator does the same with his card, both cards are placed behind the magicians back. One card is then brought to the front--with only the back of the card showing. With a little mental help from the magician, the spectator correctly guesses the name on the card behind the magicians back every time! Finally, one of the cards vanishes, then reappears on the spectators back! Dry erase markers are used. And, since the cards are specially made with dry erase surfaces, the routine possibilities are endless! Here are just a few: Corporate: Affix your clients logo (sticker) in the middle of a blank side. When it finally appears on the spectators back say something like, "...At (XYZ Company), were always behind you." Or, "...at (XYZ), weve got your back." Mentalism: Use geometric shapes like a circle, star, square, etc. Patriotic: Flag colored markers, etc. Postcards (that travel), or giant business cards (yours, of course!)--Jonathan Neal.
