"Boldly going where no card trick has gone before...I loved it!"--Dan Harlan. The magician explains how the Internet has become such a popular aid to literally millions of users around the world on a daily basis. He goes on to explain, that in fact, most magicians even keep their day timers online now. With that in mind the magician goes to any computer with Internet access and looks up an actual web site that has his Cyber Desktop on it. The audience sees a desk lamp and day timer book sitting on a desk. From this point on the magician never touches the computer. After an entertaining description of how playing cards and calendars have a lot in common, the magician has a spectator select a card (no force) from any deck and place the card in his pocket. Neither the magician nor the spectator see what the card is. Directing attention back to the screen, the magician points out the date box below the day timer. He asks the spectator to simply think of any date thats important to him and enter it into the box. Lets say the spectator puts in July 22nd. After entering the date, the calendar opens up to the month of July and every day of the month is seen to have a playing card face down. The spectator clicks on the word Go on the screen and each card is turned over, showing a different card for each date. Looking at their thought-of date, the spectator notes the card. Lets say its the Three of Clubs. After sufficient build up from the magician, the spectator looks at the card they selected from the deck and finds it to be a perfect match!
