The "Hot Rod" is a wonderful close-up pocket effect to do almost anywhere. Now this effect has been redesigned to be even more practical as it has been designed into a pen! Anytime you need to use your pen you are ready to perform this trick. You show the spectator your weird looking pen front and back and show that there are 6 colored dots on each side. You ask them to choose a number between one and six. Lets say they choose three. You count up three dots and that is where the blue dot is. With a pass of your hand all of the dots change to blue! You show that the dots have changed on both the front and back of the pen!
