Magician has an ordinary deck of cards, removes all the Aces, and places them face up on the table. 3 more cards are placed at random face down on top of each Ace. Magician picks any pile and shows top 3 cards. Ace is shuffled in, and when they are all shown face up again, the Ace has become a different card! Happens again with two other Aces.
