A spectator freely selects any card from the deck (several spectators may select several different cards), they are then remembered and replaced in the deck. The spectator may then cut the deck before the magician holds it and seemingly on command, the spectators freely chosen card then rises out of the deck! The cards may also be placed back in the box, into a glass or leaned against any other object and the other selected cards rise one by one out of the deck.
